To put it simply, it is a revolution in dust collection! The HPLM Series of Vacuums feature some of the highest power to weight ratios you will find in an industrial vacuum designed to collect dust.
The 3690 produces 690 CFM with 110” of lift and weighs only 208lbs. That is 70% lighter than other industrial vacuums with similar performance. The 3690 supplies all the power you need in a lightweight, portable package without the headache of a pre-separator to drag around like other vacuums. No added equipment makes the HPLM series lighter on your pocket book and your back, not to mention easier to use and more productive on the job. The 2450 sits on the same frame as the 3690 and produces 450 CFM, with 110” of lift and weighs only 205lbs. Both units sit on a larger version of our popular Revolution 360 Bagger Cart that allows the user to dump debris while the vacuum is on and can move through any standard 36″ doorway. Now that is great job site mobility.
The 2450 & 3690 feature Pulse-Bac’s Automatic Pulse-Clean Technology to keep the filters clean, so suction stays consistent. This complies with the new OSHA Silica Standard that requires vacuums have a “filter cleaning mechanism” when used with silica. Pulse-Bac is the only vacuum brand with OSHA & NIOSH recommended cleaning mechanism, a “back-pulse filter cleaning mechanism”. This fully automatic system features HEPA filtration that does not require the user to stop work to clean the filter, no disconnecting a hose and sealing the inlet with your hand, no compressor or other equipment to add weight and virtually no downtime.
Just like the bagger version, the 3690D produces 690 CFM, with 110” of lift, and weighs in at 208lbs. In fact the HPLM “D” models offer all the performance of their bagger counterparts, but give you the large collection volume of a 55 gallon drum. The 3690D & 2450D can be used with any standard 55 gallon drum and when not sitting on the drum, the vacuum head will fit securely onto the four caster dolly for easy transport. Just remove the drum and place the vacuum head on the dolly and attach the special T-Handle. Now you can pull the unit on/off the job site with ease. No pre-separators or trailers to load up like other machines and only one man needed to do the job.
Model 2450D sits on the same frame as the 3690D and produces 450 CFM, with 110” of lift and weighs only 205lbs. Each D model HPLM comes with 5 ea. HEPA filters and offer great job site mobility and will easily maneuver through any standard 36″ doorway.
The 2450D & 3690D feature Pulse-Bac’s Automatic Pulse-Clean Technology that keeps the filters clean, so suction stays consistent. This complies with the new 2016 OSHA Silica Standard that requires vacuums used with silica have a “filter cleaning mechanism” and Pulse-Bac is the only vacuum brand with OSHA & NIOSH recommended cleaning mechanism, a “back-pulse filter cleaning mechanism”. This fully automatic system features HEPA filtration that does not require the user to stop work to clean the filter, no disconnecting a hose and sealing the inlet with your hand, no compressor or other equipment to add weight and virtually no downtime.
The HPLM Series of vacuums are design to collect large quantities of dust generated by manufacturing machinery and surface preparation equipment like: floor grinders, floor polishers, floor sanders, shot blast machines, concrete cut off saws and the like. These units comply with the new 2016 OSHA Silica Standard that requires vacuums have a “filter cleaning mechanism”. (OSHA Silica Standard) Designed to be easily moved and maneuvered, these Pulse-Bac vacuums do not require a pre-separator like other industrial vacuums.
The HPLM series is ideally suited to be used as dedicated dust collector for a one process machine in a manufacturing or industrial setting and are excellent for sanding, grinding, abrasive blasting or capturing mineral dust, carbon black or toner dust, plastic and composite dusts; as well as talc and food additives to name but a few.
When it comes to meeting the new 2017 O.S.H.A. Silica rules for vacuums,
only our competitors have been sidelined, Pulse-Bac has been in compliance with the new
Requirements and Recommendations for the past 15 years.
Pulse-Bac vacuums are famous for their longevity and reliability. In fact, many of our very early models like the LD, HD, 1300 & 2300 vacuums, now over a decade old, are still serving their owners faithfully every day. However even the best built machine needs maintenance from time to time. Especially when subjected to the tough conditions in which many Pulse-Bac® vacuums are used.
That’s why all Pulse-Bac vacuums include FREE Lifetime Service & Support. This covers the cost of in-house labor and provides the owner with free phone or internet support for life. Coverage starts from the moment the vacuum leaves the factory and continues for the lifetime of the machine, no matter how many owners it may have. So if your vacuum is down we’re with you until you’re back up and running and you’ll never see a bill for labor or support, unlike other brands that charge labor and service fee’s when the warranty is up. This is just another way that Pulse-Bac has your back.
