The PB-565
advanced filter filtration system uses a dual stage Hepa
filtration process that puts you in compliance with the new 2010
EPA RRP Rules when working with hazardous
materials like Lead Paint, Asbestos and Concrete.
The first stage of filtration uses our easy to
install twist on H-13 rated
Hepa filters. The 2nd
stage filtration uses a pre-installed Hepa certified IEST RP-CC001.4
filter that has undergone testing then serialized, labeled and
certified
to eliminate 99.97% of dust particles @.3 micron at a CFM flow
rate of 140.
The PB-565 will
not only keep you in compliance with new E.P.A. mandates when
working with hazardous materials, but
the patented Pulse-Bac technology will decrease your Hepa filter
replacement cost and allow you to work until the job is
done, without ever stopping to unclog or maintenance filters.
Vacuum
Performance Over Time
CDCLarue dust
removal performance stays
constant over
time unlike other manufacturers

After
three hours of collecting dust and debris from a High RPM 7"
Hum-B edge grinder, grinding a
concrete floor, the PB-1050 experienced no loss of C.F.M.
and maintained sealed lift. Our exclusive Pulse-Bac
Technology maintained 139 CFM from start to finish with 85"
of sealed lift; as measured from the end of a 25' vacuum
hose.
Pulse-Bac® tanks are not only built
to last, but built to perform! The powder coated 16 gauge tank
has five three inch non-marking casters capable of supporting up to 300 lbs, three
handles to assist in dumping and our exclusive Cyclonic
Debris Management System,
The CDM™
system reduces filter exposure to debris, delivering increased productivity, longer filter life and
lower maintenance cost.

No one has
time for dust collection
systems that clog or
require filters to be cleaned. That's why you need a dust vacuum powered by Pulse-Bac
Technology. This patented technology has been proven to maximize
uptime and more importantly - profits!
The
PB-565 can take on the dirtiest environments without ever
clogging the filters. Equipped with our patented Pulse-Bac®
Automatic Self-Cleaning Vacuum Control Technology, the PB-565
automatically flushes filters clear of dust and debris during
operation using only ambient air and vacuum, no blowers,
shakers, compressors, or buttons to push. Just turn it on and go
to work, the vacuum does the rest.
Increase productivity and lower
your operating cost with
the best performing dust
collection equipment in the world, Pulse-Bac!

TCS™ -The industry's
first Tank Capacity Sensor is optional on all Series-1000
models. Provides both visual and audible warnings when the
collection chamber reaches capacity.
Tank
Capacity Sensor
CDCLarue is the first in the industry
to offer TCS™ Equipment, TCS is an optional
tank sensor that is located inside the vacuum tank. This sensor warns the
user via audible alarm and a flashing LED when debris inside
the collection tank has
reached a pre-determined amount. If the user
fails to discard the dust or debris in a timely manner, the
sensor will automatically shut off the vacuum,
preventing the tank from being over filled.
