Dual Hepa Filtration
The 565 dual Hepa filtration systems
is
EPA RRP compliant when working with hazardous materials. The first stage of filtration uses our
easy to replace twist on H-13 Hepa filters, capable of capturing
98.97% of dust particles .3 micron in size. These
filters are
continually pulsed clean during operation, preventing them from
ever facing with debris and clogging.
Pulse cleaning the
filters STOPS dust and debris from facing the filters and migrating through them,
this
pro-longs the life of the filters and increases filtration
capacity. Once dust has migrated through a filter, dust
will pass through the vacuum destroying
the motor over
time and exhausting dust into the
air. Pulse
cleaning
stops this migration, allowing the filters to last
upwards
of a year or longer without needing to be changed,
cutting filter replacement cost dramatically. Our exclusive Pulse cleaning
technology
takes the strain of constant vacuum pressure off the filters and
extends the life of the filter media.
Stage two of
filtration uses a Hepa Certified filter that is tested,
serialized and certified to eliminate 99.99% of dust particles
.3 micron in size as required by EPA and OSHA regulations.
Stage two Hepa
filter is a exhaust filter and is never pulsed clean. The
first stage twist on filters captures most if not all dust and
debris, allowing the Hepa certified filter to go mostly
unused, which in returns cuts filter replacement cost. On
average you will replace the Hepa
H-13 filters once every 6 to 9
months and the Hepa certified filter once a year.
Unlike competitors inefficient shop vacuums that
require the Hepa filters to be replaced after collecting 40lbs
of dust, along with bags and pre filters costing you hundreds of
dollars a year in filter replacement, our pulsing technology
lowers your operating and maintenance cost while increasing your
productivity and overall jobsite air quality. This vacuums pays
for itself!

The
PB-565 vacuum head can be purchased with one of three tank
options, the universal bagging cart, allowing you to bag
the dust and debris with out ever stopping production.
Option # 2, A 20 gal tank with a wide stance
dolly and option # 3, our extender 55/40
which allows the vacuum head to sit on top of a 55 or 40
gallon drum, letting the drum become the holding tank for
dust and debris.
Pulse-Bac® collection tanks are not only built
to last but built to perform! The powder coated 16 gauge tanks
use three
& 5 inch non-marking casters capable of supporting up to 300 lbs,
handles to assist in dumping and have our exclusive
Cyclonic
Debris Management System,
The CDM™
system reduces filter exposure to debris while delivering increased productivity, longer filter life and
lower maintenance cost.

Who has
time for vacuums or dust collection
systems that clog or
require filters to be continually cleaned or replaced? That's why you need a vacuum
system powered by Pulse-Bac® Automatic Self- Cleaning Vacuum
Control Technology. This patented technology has been proven to
maximize productivity, lower cost and maintain EPA
permissible exposure limits for
indefinite periods of use. No other vacuum can do that!

The PB-565 can take on the dirtiest
environments without ever clogging the filters. Equipped with
our patented Pulse-Bac® Automatic Self-Cleaning Vacuum Control
Technology, the PB-565 automatically flushes filters clear of
dust and debris during operation using only ambient air and
vacuum, no blowers, shakers, compressors, or buttons to push.
Just turn it on and go to work, the vacuum does the rest.
The PB-565
can be used for
general jobsite clean up but is designed to collect, capture and
control dust and debris generated by hand held power tools and
floor surfacing equipment used
to cut, grind, polish or sand. The PB-565 weighs in at 79 lbs, stands just
36” tall and
is 18” in diameter. This lightweight portable industrial grade vacuum is capable
of generating over 140 cubic feet per minute of air
flow, with 87” of lift and maintaining that without loss.

TCS™
-The industry's
first Tank Capacity Sensor is optional on all Series-1000
models. Provides both visual and audible warnings when the
collection chamber reaches capacity.
Tank
Capacity Sensor
CDCLarue is the first in the industry
to offer TCS™ Equipment, TCS is an optional
tank sensor that is located inside the vacuum tank. This sensor warns the
user via audible alarm and a flashing LED when debris inside
the collection tank has
reached a pre-determined amount. If the user
fails to discard the dust or debris in a timely manner, the
sensor will automatically shut off the vacuum,
preventing the tank from being over filled.
