Unlike today's standard vacuums that begin to loose suction once the filter becomes faced with debris, CDCLarue Pulse-Bac vacuums  automatically and continually flushes dust and debris off the filter while you work, preventing them from ever becoming faced with debris and clogging.

Pulse cleaning of the filters STOPS dust and debris from migrating through the filters, this pro-longs the life of the filters and increases filtration capacity. Once dust has migrated through a filter, the filter must be replaced or dust will pass through the vacuum. Pulse cleaning stops this migration, allowing the filters to last upwards of a year or longer without needing to be changed, cutting filter replacement cost dramatically. Pulse cleaning takes the strain of constant vacuum pressure off the filters and extends the life of the filter media.

While most vacuum equipment looses lift and C.F.M. during use, Pulse-Bac® vacuums do not. In independent test conducted by an 3rd party, CDCLarue dust vacuums maintain both lift and C.F.M. from start to finish with no change or loss, no other vacuum equipment tested was able to do the same.

 The PB-2000 Series offers two options for collecting and discarding dust and debris, an 8 gallon steel tank or a 6 mil. plastic bag. No matter what method you choose, you will enjoy the fact with either design, you can dump the dust and debris with out ever turning off the vacuum or stopping production.

 When the TCS™ system notifies you via audible alarm that the tank is full, just pull the tank handle and dump the debris into the tank or bag, push the dump handle back in place, remove tank or bag, and replace with new bag or empty tank. Dust and debris have never been so easy to discard, and you never stopped production.

Tank Capacity Sensor

    CDCLarue  is the first in the industry to offer TCS™ Equipment, standard on all PB-2000 Series, TCS is a tank sensor located inside the upper collection chamber. This sensor warns the user via audible alarm and a flashing LED when debris inside the collection chamber has reached a pre-determined amount. If the user fails to discard the dust or debris in a timely manner, the sensor will automatically shut off the vacuum, preventing the tank from being over filled.
