The PB-2500X uses our patent pending twist on Spun Bond Polyester, P.T.F.E. coated filters. These filters are more durable than cellulose based or sock filters and are able to capture dust particles as small as 0.1 micron, that's better than some hepa vacuums available today. The filters non-stick P.T.F.E coating provides an additional resistance to corrosive chemicals and other harsh materials, and the filters Twist on/off design makes replacing them quick and easy. In addition to the filters, our inside the tank air-dam creates a cyclonic effect  inside the upper collection tanks and uses the force of gravity to pull down dust and debris, thereby preventing a majority of the dust and debris from ever reaching the filters, this increases filter life, productivity and lowers maintenance cost. 

The PB-2500X is equipped with two sealed collection tanks. Each tank sits above one of two dust tray bins. The PB-2500X vacuum system allows the user to collect dust and debris in the upper tank, and at the same time discard the debris that has been dump into the collection tray bin with out ever turning off or stopping the vacuum. 

Each Pulse-Bac 2500X comes with dual collection tray bins at the bottom of the machine, inside each bin is a steel box that can be lined with a 6 mil plastic bag or without for dust collection, once the steel tank or bag is full, just remove and replace. If your job creates large amounts of debris, the PB-2500X can be  hooked up to the Pre-Sep 55/40, the Pre-Sep can be used as  pre-separator to capture large amounts of debris and contain it inside a 55 or 40 Gal. drum.
